Our Team

Andy

Head of Wealth Management

Andy is an experienced investment professional with a proven track record of advising HNW individuals and company directors. Andy worked in private wealth management for over a decade, working in Switzerland for three years before returning to London, where he worked for the Bank of New York Mellon, Legal and General Investment Management (LGIM) and Fairstone Wealth Management. Andy holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), has passed CFA levels 1 and 2 (Chartered Financial Analyst), and has the Cii DipFS. In addition, he has a BA from University College London (UCL).
Andy is passionate about lifestyle financial planning, cash flow modelling, strategic long-term thinking for clients and trying to help people achieve clarity through setting clear, achievable goals.
He believes the traditional financial advice model is changing. He is on a mission to increase client value by reducing unnecessary fees, increasing contact time with clients and reducing costs from legacy products.

At EWM, we believe that we create value for clients by focusing on lifestyle financial planning, giving clients a clear picture of their present and future and straightforward, consistent guidance as they navigate it.

Jeremy

Director Wealth Management

Jeremy joined EWM in July 2023, bringing 12 years of experience in Leadership and Management as an officer in the British Army, where he achieved the rank of Major. Jeremy expanded his business knowledge by completing a Master of Business Administration and Association of Project Management Qualification. He is currently studying for his Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice.

Lifestyle financial planning excites Jeremy as it combines leadership skills, problem solving and finance. He is passionate about human behaviour and how this influences an individual’s financial decision-making.

Jeremy is married with three children and lives in North Norfolk.

Howard

Protection

Howard has over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, predominantly as an Independent Financial Adviser. Howard holds Cii DipFS and also holds the CeMAP mortgage qualification. Howard now uses his encyclopedic knowledge of insurance products to research client insurance solutions, mitigating risk through sensibly considered solutions. Howard takes a technical liability matching view of insurance to ensure that risk is insured well but also, importantly, that EWM clients are not over insured and wasting hard-earned money on unnecessary insurance premiums.

Howard loves his sport outside of work, particularly football and golf – which he still plays to a very high level.

Lewis

Wealth Management

Lewis left the University of Northampton with a first-class degree in Economics with Business. With a keen interest in financial markets and policy, he joined the team as a trainee wealth manager. He is currently working towards becoming a chartered financial advisor. He has swiftly progressed through the firm and now supports Andy with modelling, research and analysis for clients and is a direct point of contact for technical queries.

Lewis loves supporting Manchester United, playing golf, and being social outside of work. He has played professional football for Leicester Academy but has now decided to hang up his boots in favour of a career in lifestyle financial planning.

Emma

Client Relationships

Emma has worked in financial services for most of her career, spending some time in management for the Abbey National before becoming a branch manager for the Woolwich. She was then approached to join a start-up wealth management company and thus began her 14-year passion for lifestyle financial planning. She joined Elsby Wealth Management at the start and has developed a profound understanding of its clients, process, and future. Emma is in charge of client relationships and loves talking to clients, engaging them in financial planning and getting the best out of their relationships with EWM.

Outside of work, Emma loves walking her dog Ted, swimming and creating recipes which sadly undo all the excellent work of the walking and swimming.
